As a former member he currently has the right to access the House floor if he wanted to. They didn’t bother to revoke that or a few other privileges when they expelled him, and he’s shameless enough to use that privilege if he thought he could get something out of it, such as more publicity to drive sales of Cameo videos or whatever.
It seems like he’s into using the spotlight to get revenge against former GOP colleagues while grifting…
