A Fox host agrees with the central findings of the January 6 Committee?
The anchor said the testimony proves that Democrats on the committee who have suggested the country was close to an overturned presidential election in 2020 are wrong.
ā¦ahh, now thatās the kind of take Iāve come to expect from Fox News.
What seems to be happening is that Fox hosts, some, are disassociating themselves from Trump.
Any other country, and weād be hearing things like ābanana republic.ā
rats jumping from a sinking ship while throwing their former heroes under a bus ā¦
To be fair, Brett Baier has been doing near-legitimate journalism for a while now. To go full whack a doodle, you have to avoid Foxās actual news segments and watch their āopinion & entertainmentā programs. Which is 90% of their programming.
Just look at us!
When are the next hearings?
āFollowing tomorrowās hearing, we will be holding additional hearings in the coming weeks. We will announce dates and times for those hearings soon,ā the aide said.
āFirst we go on vacation.ā
Thanks so much, darlinā - the last hour didnāt get tivoād yesterday.
He mad!
The extraordinary memo was texted to CBS by Brooks and contains numerous typos as well as references to constitutional clauses that do not exist.
So, probably a real Trump doc.
I donāt get how this impacts 45 at all. If anything, itās incriminating for Brooks.
Mo, stop hitting yourself!
it was a memo written by brooks. and he couldnāt even manage to spell the name of the special assistant correctly
aww. donāt stop now mo.
honestly tho, it sounds like he intends to grandstand rather than offer any details on his personal actions. that email is all about how āvictimizedā he is
Yes, but I think heās getting ready to try to screw trump and save himself. Heās a petty, petty man. And heās going to have a hard time here in Alabama politics going forward. Aside from Tommy Tuberville, there probably isnāt a state-level politician more disliked by the Alabama Republican establishment than Mo Brooks. So this could be the beginning of āburning down the house with him inside.ā
Not really surprising that he was on the Trump train, then. They all seem like petty assholes.
Yet, they both ended up in congress. Funny that.
Tubervilleās sin was that when he went in, he picked staffers from outside the Alabama Republican establishment/pipeline. He ignored the state party bosses, and did his own thing. Along with being dumber than a bag of nails, heās committed an unforgivable sin.
