That vid was a gold mine of interesting audio samples.

I liked his rule-of-thumb to avoid eating anything your great-grandmother wouldn’t recognise as food!

And focusing so much on “nutrients” instead of “food” has certainly lead to a lot of industry adding and swapping things around and then calling them “good food”.

There may not be “boosting” of the immune system but rather a tolerance. Long term exposure to another persons Human leucocyte Antigens may promote tolerance - this could be beneficial around avoiding pre-eclampsia, or even allowing allogeneic transplants between long term couples

Aussie? I thought Buckinghamshire was in the UK?
I see she is from Aylesbury, not all that far from Horton-cum-Studley.
Is that the origin of her secret sauce?

Ha ha ha, ha ha ha, Muted

I’m sure the meat lobby didn’t spend a single unethical cent to try to prove the opposite…and certainly isn’t doing so right now during the “sugar is evil” crusade that is replacing the “fat is evil” crusade.

Manual? Mine was a Sears Christmas Wish Book, mid-70s. When they’d have some naughty lingerie pics. I felt some tingles in my loins, next thing I knew, smoothie fixin’s.

I say stick with butter, it tastes best.

I hope I don’t get a contract on me from the vegan mafia for saying this but…
How exactly do the extra-unnatural fake boobs fit in with her all-natural lifestyle there? It looks anything but natural. And it’s not just her, it seems like a lot of vegan influencers have this if you look at their Youtube channels.

Fake boobs don’t hurt animals. I mean, strictly from a vegan point of view, they’re orthogonal.

I get that. Yeah I guess so. Rock on, surgically enhanced and implanted vegan influencers! There’s even an article with a “yeah I guess it’s ok” level of defense of vegan body builders using steroids. Because not only do plenty of female vegan influencers have implants, plenty of male vegan body builders are using steroids, quite obviously. Good to know 'roids are technically vegan.

Within the scope of all that, what’s the big woop of some semen in the smoothy?

It’s just that semen is definitely an animal product, but breast implants are entirely inorganic, and steroids are derived from non-animal-based lab precursors like benzene and ammonia.

Yeah, I don’t mind suckers and hucksters spreading harmless placebos, but when they spread the delusion that they’re panacea, not to mention misinformation about how immunity works, they’re actively damaging public health and their sunk-cost fallacy delusions or monstrous cynicism prevents them from taking responsibility for the harm they do.

I know we’re no more going to get rid of profitable ignorance than we will profitable crime in the foreseeable future, but I wish they could see themselves for the parasites they are.
