Hair dye would make it easier to identify the culprit, especially if it’s in a unusual color.
Hydrogen peroxide likely would stop the culprit’s behavior, especially if they have any scratches on their lower torso or upper legs.

Unless you were born yesterday, you should already know that minimizing sexual assault is not funny. I should not have to tell you that it’s not funny. If Chris Rock made a joke minimizing sexual assault, it would not be funny. It’s insulting and demoralizing and we’re sick of it not being taken seriously.
