But the earliest human art was done by women.
I get a giggle from our local “tower of power” always showing up in wikis, etc. for phallic buildings.
You can see this thing for miles down Washtenaw before you actually get to it.
The architectural dentata should be used more often as a design element.
Facts are rarely observed when modern people talk about primitive societies. Verifiable facts do not support modern ideological shibboleths quite as well as modern people would like them to, I think.
(Chomsky would say “and thus, the entire field of evolutionary psychology.”)
I used to think that until Pinker pointed out that lying was a behavior that was sexually selected for.
Handprints, not dick-prints.
I have no empirical evidence, but I will always maintain the stance that in general, men tend to be more obsessed with their dicks than women are.
Chalk it up to overexposure to too many ‘male enhancement’ advertisements, where they are always eager to mention that the products in question are covered by most insurance companies.
Remember when they used to talk about the genius of the cave painters in their art? Not hearing it as much lately for some reason.
Artistic genius being a uniquely male endeavor according to some.
Penis-sock puppets. As professional entertainment.

I’d say “only in America,” but I know better.
Perfectly apt reply; kudos!
I need to watch that episode again. Love the Garth!
If you find any, please let me know. Okay?
PS: Not to be argumentative: what’s informed me (re ‘secret’ history of women) just off the top of my head are the lives of Fanny Mendelssohn (sister of composer Felix, very prolific, but sometimes had to publish under her brother’s name, and vetted his compositions); Emily Warren Roebling (wife of designer John, helped supervise building of the Brooklyn Bridge, especially after he was incapacitated by illness); and actress Hedy Lamarr (co-developed a torpedo guidance system during WWII, eventually that tech got used in the 60s and beyond).
I happened to accidently trip over those history over the years; I didn’t seek them out. Makes me wonder about what else has been sublimated over the years and effectively been buried by patriarchal societies. Yes, there are exceptions… but nerds and artistic types (male, and female) have always been the exception.
Dude, do your own research!
I’ve been thinking about watching SPN again, just not anything past s6.
Love the characters Dean, Cas, Garth and Crowley; but the narrative just got way too redundant.
My research involves requests. (Faster that way.)
I’ll file that under “no response”.
My research continues.
your and my opinions of the size of a lifelike phallus vary greatly.
I think the thing is, this needs to be a conscious decision on the part of city planners, and here in Amurica-land, we tend to have an aversion to city planning that includes the city or state dictating housing prices (either rental or ownership). This has been a huge point of contention here in ATL, where tons of apartment buildings and condos are being built, with very little affordable units available. The city just needs to make this a priority or we’re going to look like San Fran or NYC sooner rather than later.
