Trump cranks up the crazy to 11 in this ABC interview. Highlights and full transcript

Nope. You can in theory win with only eleven states. And if Clinton had carried Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin, she would have won with 23 states (to be precise, 22 states and the District of Columbia) to Trump’s 27 (Maine was split between them).

Thanks go to you, new community member, for taking the time for courtesy.

Actually, the rest of the community had moderated your comment before I read it. What a loss.

That’s the relevant part I was referring to. Your assertion is false.

Perfect gif. That’s exactly how I feel anytime I read or hear a statement from Donald.

I have no idea why, but I have a strong urge to watch Rome again.

Maybe it’s because they had a Senate that got shit done.

It’s not the DREAM Act, it’s the DACA.

It’s not Obamacare, it’s the ACA.

Why does everyone report the GOP smear names for these things?

So people can say shit like “I get insurance through the Affordable Care Act, but I’m against Obamacare”

That one is a terrific example of GOP driving trollies.

When they started with the Obamacare thing, Obama put it down and insisted on using “ACA” as its proper name. But eventually he tried the anti-trolley tactic of embracing an insult and proclaimed how proud he was to have his name attached to an historical overhaul of healthcare. That backfired. Now the GOP can scream you know it’s awful, it has his name right in the title! even though THEY WROTE THE LAW.

I can’t even listen to Anthony Atamanuik on improv podcasts any more, when he’s doing other characters because his Trumps was so on point, I can’t not hear it in his voice…

WTF happened? How could the polls be so wrong?

But the polls were right. Her chances began to drop precipitously right at the end, after the FBI “announcement.” And even at the end, it was looking as though Clinton would take the popular vote by 2-3%, which is exactly what happened. Of the handful of states that lost her the Electoral College win, most had stopped polling during the final days, because they had been “secure” in her win up until that point. But they hadn’t counted on Comey putting his thumb on the scale for Trump. By the time that had filtered down to the polls, it was too late, and Clinton lost those states by minuscule margins, which cost her the election.

I place the blame squarely on Obama for the ‘Obamacare’ name thing. He NEVER marketed the plan properly. Going colloquial opened the doors to GOP driving trollies that ruined its chances of being a legitimate plan in peoples minds. Street interviews that J. Kimmel had on his show a while back illustrates how driving trollies really messed with peoples perception of the ACA. It’s sad to watch ignorant people blindly trusting propaganda.

Now the DEM driving trollies will begin with ‘Trumpcare’. On and on…

A good slogan for Dems might be: "There will be more dead people voting under Trumpcare’

People end up being registered to vote in multiple states because people move to other states (really, have you ever moved to another state and thought “Oh, I should let my old state know!”)

And dead people are registered to vote because at one time they were alive (it’s not like a grieving family is thinking about the election when they are dealing with the estate in the months after the funeral, “Oh, we should take grandpa off the voter rolls!”)

Undocumented immigrants don’t vote because to vote you would have to register, and to register means exposing yourself to the possibility of being deported.

And for voter fraud to work at the polls people would have to vote multiple times with multiple IDs at multiple polling places, and each time it’s a felony– who is going to risk a felony several times a night when their extra votes aren’t going to make a discernible difference? You really need thousands of people voting multiple times a night, which should be easy enough to find. . . except nobody ever finds them.

Here’s how Trump’s investigation will probably work (assuming he’s not just farting in the wind): they’ll look at all the votes for Hillary, and about halfway through they won’t have found more than a handful of questionable votes (all made by actual citizens, probably in error, and not immigrants), so then they’ll say “well, the fraudulent votes must be in the half we haven’t counted yet!”, and halfway through those votes it will be the same, until they are down to the last 3 million votes, which they won’t investigate because “logically” those must be the fraudulent ones.

That’s why Trump put “Bind souls directly to the voting rolls” in his contract with America for his 100 first days. Sign on the line, America, all it costs you is your soul!

I didn’t think it was possible…but he sounds worse than Palin. Ugh.

I switched to audiobooks during my commute a short while before the primaries began out of deference to the frequent headaches hearing him was causing me when I listened to NPR on the way to work. It’s a much more soothing drive now.
