The way I read that, if someone were to come up with a cheap proposal - or better yet, a proposal from which he could make money - then #MakeDrumpfGreatAgain would be fully is support of North Carolina, et al.

How do we know that? He seems like/deliberately cultivates an image of a lose cannon and it’s a reasonable assumption that he was simply speaking his mind early on, when his campaign was still in the stage of just trolling Republicans for the lulz. But now that he’s, against all expectations, the candidate apparent, requiring all possible delegates to get the nomination outright, things might have very well changed.
Additionally, Trump is a conman first, in all he does. I wouldn’t take any of his actions, pronouncements or postures at face value. He is most certainly smarter than he lets on in his on-stage persona.
I’ve said it before. Trump is just a reality TV star playing for ratings. It’s his supporters that auger poorly for the future of the country.

I only lived in Flanders for a year. They aren’t everywhere or anything, but you do see them (and also variants like where all stand-up urinals are separate from the enclosed toilet stalls that everyone uses). I never had any impression that they were anything but normal, but I really don’t know how the locals feel about them.
One factor that may be relevant is that in Europe, public toilet stalls are often fully enclosed and completely private (again, ymmv). Also possibly related, in Belgium ‘free range’ pissing is endemic…

Now that I think about it, he’s less like a broken analog clock, he’s like a digital clock that flashes 12:00 all day; he may be right for two minutes a day, but only every other second during that time.
